I am PMP® & Six Sigma Yellow belt certified (CSSYB)™ Project Manager with Masters of Engineering(MEM) in Construction Management and Bachelor of Engineering(B.E) in Civil Engineering having diversified experiences in construction of High-rise Buildings, Hospital Construction and Real Estate Management, Facilities Management and construction of retail outlets and bank branches.
I am well versed in Planning, Scheduling, Cost Controlling, Construction Site supervision and Contracts & Agreement Management. I have hands on experience in using Scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. I am also familiar with Building Information Modelling tools like Revit.
Currently, I am working with Habib Metro Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. – House of Habib as Manager- Projects and Maintenance and looking after Capital projects and some mid-scale construction and renovation projects.
Before joining HMPL I was associated with The Aga Khan University as Assistant Manager Planning and Cost Control in Project Management Office(PMO).
Earlier I worked with United Bank Limited as Project Engineer and I was working on State of the art Projects like UBL Tower Karachi (High-rise) and UBL Regional Office Lahore (11Floors, Edwardian Architecture).
